This page explains how to request deletion of your Banjara Vivaah account and personal data. Banjara Vivaah is a matrimony product of Nextera Digital Private Limited.
How to request deletion
- Email help@banjaravivaah.com from your registered email or with your registered mobile number.
- Subject: Delete my Banjara Vivaah data
- Include: full name, member ID (if any), and registered phone number.
We will verify the request and delete or anonymise your account data within 30 days, except records we must keep for law, tax, or dispute resolution.
What is deleted
- Profile, photos, gallery, chat history we store, interests, and login access.
- WhatsApp / OTP numbers used only for verification will no longer be used for messaging after deletion, except where a legal hold applies.
Facebook / Meta login (if you ever used it)
You may also remove Banjara Vivaah from your Facebook Settings → Apps and websites. That does not automatically delete your Banjara Vivaah profile; still email us as above.
