How does profile verification work?
Every member is reviewed by our admin team before the profile goes live. We check basic identity details and may request documents. Unverified or suspicious profiles are not shown in search or on the homepage.
Is Banjara Vivaah only for the Banjara community?
Yes. Banjara Vivaah is built exclusively for Banjara (Lambani) families. Profiles should reflect accurate community, caste, and sub-caste information.
How is my privacy protected?
Contact details are shared only according to your membership plan. You control photo visibility, and you can block or report any member. We do not sell your data to third parties.
What is your refund policy?
Package refunds are handled as per our Terms and Conditions. If you are unsatisfied, contact help@banjaravivaah.com with your member ID and payment reference.
How do I add caste, sub-caste, or Tanda?
After registration, go to your profile → Spiritual Background for caste/sub-caste, and Additional Information for Tanda or Gotra. Accurate details help families find better matches.
How long does approval take?
Most profiles are reviewed within 24–48 hours. You will be notified once your profile is approved and visible to other members.
