By registering or using Banjara Vivaah (banjaravivaah.com — website and mobile app), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Banjara Vivaah is a product brand of Nextera, which operates the service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service description

Banjara Vivaah is a community matrimony platform for Banjara (Lambani) families, operated by Nextera. We facilitate profile discovery and communication between members; we are not a marriage broker and do not guarantee a match or marriage.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to marry under Indian law and use the service in good faith for matrimonial purposes.
Information you provide must be accurate. Fake profiles, spam, or misleading details may result in immediate removal.
All profiles are subject to admin approval before public listing.

3. Account and conduct

You are responsible for your login credentials.
Harassment, hate speech, obscene content, commercial solicitation, or sharing others' private data without consent is prohibited.
Members may report or block profiles; repeated violations lead to suspension or permanent ban.

4. Membership and payments

Free and paid packages are described on the Packages page. Benefits (contact views, interests, etc.) depend on the plan purchased.
Prices are shown before payment. Taxes may apply as per law.
Refunds: digital packages are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or at our discretion for billing errors. Contact help@banjaravivaah.com with your member ID and payment reference within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

5. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Content you post

You grant us a licence to display photos and profile text on the platform for matrimonial purposes. You must own or have rights to photos you upload. Do not upload copyrighted material without permission.

7. Disclaimer

Profiles are submitted by users and verified to a reasonable extent by our team; we do not guarantee identity, income, or background checks beyond our stated verification process. Meet matches in safe public places and involve family as appropriate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banjara Vivaah is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or disputes between members arising from use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may deactivate your account from the member dashboard or by contacting support.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
